The planned Ningyan Expressway starts from Xinhuangbei, Liuhe District, Nanjing City, connects to the already built Nanjing Raoyue Expressway, passes through Chenji, Dayi, Yizheng City, Yangzhou City, Songqiao, Cheluo, Sanduo, Gaoyou City, and continues To the east, it passes through the south side of the urban area of Xinghua City, Taizhou City, ends at Diduo, Xinghua City, and connects to Yanjing Expressway and Dongtai-Xinghua Expressway, with a total length of about 126.6 kilometers.
