Recently, new progress has been made in this project in Quanzhou. Quanzhou Jinyu Bridge has officially started construction. The construction of the Wuyu Interconnection Node of the project will occupy part of the road space of Fenghai Road and Chengdong Street. Traffic control will be carried out on the relevant road sections for a period of time. From April 11, 2023 to August 31, 2024, the Wuyu Interchange node project of Quanzhou Jinyu Bridge Project will start construction in the near future, and part of the road space of Fenghai Road and Chengdong Street will be occupied to build a new Wuyu Interchange.

Quanzhou Jinyu Bridge spans the Luoyang River, starting at the intersection of Chengdong Street and Anji Road, and ending at the Taiwanese Investment Zone, connecting with Jiangcheng Avenue. The scale of the project is 1 large bridge and 2 interchanges. The total length of the route is 4.481 kilometers, of which the length of the sea-crossing section is about 1.4 kilometers. The construction content includes road engineering, bridge engineering, electrical engineering, environmental protection and landscape engineering, water supply and drainage engineering , traffic engineering and facilities along the line, etc., with a total investment of about 3.5 billion yuan.

The construction of this project is of great significance for improving the traffic network of urban groups on both sides of the Luoyang River, reducing the traffic pressure within the city, sharing the resources of the two places, promoting the construction and development of the two groups, and the planning and construction of the Luoyang River landscape.
