On April 6, 2023, 22 major projects were jointly launched in Ruijin City, Jiangxi Province in the second quarter, with a total investment of 10.4 billion yuan. According to reports, the projects under construction include 22 projects, including the G319 Ruijin Xingguo Line Reconstruction Project, the Commercial Display Intelligent Terminal and LED TV Manufacturing Project, and the Chemical Fiber Elastomeric Textile Industrial Park Project, with a total investment of over 10 billion yuan. These projects are all major projects in the second quarter of the eight major actions of Ruijin City in 2023.

In 2023, Ruijin City will arrange a total of 254 key projects, including 231 for engineering construction and 23 for policy matters. The total investment in engineering construction projects is 75.906 billion yuan, with an annual planned investment of 22.599 billion yuan, an increase of 55 compared to the overall number of projects in 2022. The total investment and annual planned investment increased by 12.44% and 31.15% respectively.

Tianmu Hot Spring Health Resort Town Project

This joint construction activity was held at the site of the Tianmu Hot Spring Health Resort Town project in Huangbai Township, Ruijin. The project was invested and constructed by Zhuhai Tianmu Group, with a total investment of 2.85 billion yuan, and will be constructed in two phases. After the completion of this hot spring health resort town project, which integrates hot spring vacation, leisure and entertainment, and health and wellness, it will further enhance the reception capacity of Ruijin City, enrich tourism products, supplement the leisure and wellness tourism industry in Ruijin City, and assist Ruijin in creating a national comprehensive tourism demonstration zone.
