The reporter saw at the scene that the main structure of the building frame of the 3 automobile complexes with 7 to 9 floors (including 2 floors of basement) has been completed, some floors and venues have been renovated, and some automobile brands have settled in and started business. The fourth company of Guizhou Construction Engineering Group, as the project contractor, is organizing cadres, employees, and construction teams to carry out the final construction work closely.

Lu Lei, the person in charge of the project, introduced that the project will officially start construction in July 2021, and the construction area of the bidding section undertaken by the four companies is about 123,500 square meters. At present, the internal partition wall and plastering construction of the project has been completed, the building curtain wall construction has completed more than 70% of the project volume, and the outdoor ancillary project construction has completed about 90%.

It is understood that in accordance with the construction contract and the requirements of the client, the project adopted an all-round intersecting three-dimensional interspersed construction during the construction process. While constructing the main frame, the completed venues were decorated, and outdoor greening, landscape, lighting, fire protection, etc. were carried out at the same time. The construction of the project has finally effectively ensured that the construction period of the entire project will not be affected by various objective factors. It is expected that the project will be completed and put into use within this year.
