The hoisting of the first bolted section of the Shunde Bridge was successfully completed

After climbing and translating, it smoothly descends to the predetermined position and performs positioning. So far, the on-site construction of the bolted section of the Shunde Bridge has officially started.
The T16 section of the high tower is a steel-concrete joint transition section, and the ring welding between the T16 section and the T17 section is the difficulty and focus of the welding work of the whole tower. Aiming at the actual conditions of T17 section anchor pipe joint welding deformation accuracy and high quality control requirements, intensive reinforcement in the warehouse and limited working space, as well as the adverse effects of heavy rain, wind and dense fog for days, the project department compiled a special plan for high tower T17 welding In addition, special technical safety disclosure, careful organization and safe construction have been carried out, laying a solid foundation for the hoisting of the first bolted section and the subsequent construction of the bolted section.

On April 7, 2023, the large section of the 14D1 equal-height variable-width steel box girder of the 14th section of the Pingshan Viaduct Shenzhen direction, the reconstruction and expansion project of Shenshan West Expressway, was successfully hoisted. The large section is 10.5 meters long, 42 meters wide, and has a total weight of about 246 tons. The successful hoisting has laid a solid foundation for the scheduled closure of the Shenzhen side and the Huizhou side.
