On April 7, 2023, CEEC signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with SHUIFA SINGYES ENERGY. Leng Jiong, secretary of the party committee and chairman of Lanzhou Landian, and Zhao Lei, assistant to the president of China Shuifa Singyes Energy Group, chairman and general manager of Shuifa Green Energy Co., Ltd., signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties. Before the signing ceremony, Liu Fengheng, Ye Jianfang and Wang Dongwei conducted in-depth exchanges on deepening strategic cooperation and promoting high-quality development, and reached broad consensus.
