On April 25, 2023, the Shaanxi Provincial Public Resources Trading Center released the pre-qualification announcement for the first phase of the general contracting project of the Jinghe New City Photovoltaic New Energy Industrial Park Project in Xixian New District. The project belongs to the industry housing construction, and the tenderer: Jing Hexincheng Tianjun New Energy Co., Ltd. has a total project investment of 14.18 billion yuan.

Project Overview

Construction site: west of Chama Avenue, south of Yuandian Avenue, and north of Ruifeng Road, Jinghe New City, Xixian New District.

The net land area of this project is about 1,352 mu, and the total construction area is about 770,700 square meters. The construction content is a photovoltaic new energy industrial park. The functional area of the park is divided into three major sections: production area, production auxiliary area and living area. The production area includes 4 photovoltaic cell slice production workshops; the auxiliary production area includes laughing gas ammonia station, silane station, fire station, canteen, power station, fire pool, special gas room, chemical storage, outdoor pipe rack, and outdoor road etc.; the living area includes the parking lot, comprehensive building, and plant greening. Among them, the largest single building area is about 165,000 square meters.
