Project Overview

The general contracting project for the construction of Norodom Business Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia is located on Norodom Avenue, the main road in the center of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, next to the National Bank of Cambodia. It is a complex integrating commercial offices and five-star hotels. The total construction area of the project is about 44,000 square meters, with four floors underground, 26 floors above ground, and a building height of 122.35 meters. It includes a supporting parking lot, an 11-story Grade A office building and a five-star hotel with 220 rooms.

The construction general contracting project of Norodom Business Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia is the first cooperation between China Metallurgical Group Shanghai Baoye and TP Moral Construction & Development Co., Ltd, a well-known local company in Cambodia.
