According to the announcement: This project is located in Urumqi City, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Tacheng District, Karamay City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and the territory of the Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Divisions of the Corps.

Project Overview

The line is drawn from Ganquanbao Station of Wujiang Railway, and after using the existing special line of Shenxin Railway to Xinfa loading and unloading station, it goes west on the north side of Wujiaqu Economic and Technological Development Zone, passing 102 regiments, 105 regiments, Fangcao Lake, Xin Lake Farm, Shihutan, 134th Regiment, 133rd Regiment, and Huyanghe Economic and Technological Development Zone are connected to Chefeng Station of Kuibei Railway. The total length of the line is 293km.

The scope of bidding is: including but not limited to the preparation of the feasibility study report of this project and the preliminary testing to meet the requirements of each stage, the submission of the feasibility study report, supporting charts, estimation documents and all relevant attachments for approval and submission, and obtaining the approval of relevant departments. The contract period is 80 days.

In addition, "Xinjiang Jinyun Railway Investment and Development Co., Ltd. Huyanghe Economic and Technological Development Zone Railway Special Line" also simultaneously launched the feasibility study report and preliminary design project bidding.

Project scale: The special railway line project of Huyanghe Economic and Technological Development Zone will be launched in advance. The starting point of the route is that the Kuibei Railway is routed south along the edge of the Huyang River Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the end point is connected to Jinlong Shenwu 2×660MW Power Plant. A comprehensive logistics station is set up along the way (the southern end is reserved for connecting Ganquanbao to Shihutan to Huyanghe Railway The northern end is reserved for access to Chefeng Station of Kuibei Railway), with a total length of about 17 kilometers.
