On May 6, 2023, the Jinhua Public Resources Trading Network released the pre-qualification announcement for the Ningbo-Jinhua Section (Jinhua Section) of the Ningbo-Jinhua Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project. The estimated total investment of the recommended scheme is about 19.41 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The Ningbo-Jinhua section of the Ningbo-Jinhua Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project starts at the junction of Changle Town, Shengzhou City, Shaoxing City, and Hulu Town, Dongyang City, Jinhua. The starting point is K115+650. The route exits Baifengling Tunnel to Dongyang Hulu Town, passes through Weishan Town, Liushi Street, and Jiangbei Street, enters Yiwu Niansanli Street, then passes through Jiangdong Street, Fotang Town, and Yiting Town, enters Fucun Town, Jindong District, and ends at Fu Village The hub is connected to Hangjinqu Expressway, and the terminal stake number is K185+386.

The total length of the Jinhua section is about 69.736km. There are about 10.64km/144 bridges and about 8.80km/5.5 tunnels along the entire line. There are 4 hub-type interchanges, 8 general interchanges, 1 Liushi interchange, and Dongyang service reconstruction. 1 area, 1 new Yiwu service area, 1 rebuilt management sub-center, 1 rebuilt maintenance work area, 3 new tunnel management stations, and a new Fu village interconnection line of about 2.05km.

Yiwu Shuangjianghu Road Section Civil Engineering [Pile number range: K167+875～K171+475, excluding road surface and ancillary works; and Baotong access road project in the west section of Nanjiang River, Baotong access road project includes its subgrade pavement, bridge culvert, traffic safety, mechanical and electrical, Yiwu Shuangjianghu Development Group Co., Ltd. is responsible for the construction of all project contents such as environmental protection landscape, policy processing, and later demolition and restoration, and entrusts the construction unit specified by the winning investor to carry out the construction.

The road level of this project is expressway. The main line adopts the two-way 8-lane expressway standard, with a design speed of 100km/h and a roadbed width of 41 meters; the Fucun Interconnection Line adopts a two-way 4-lane first-class highway standard, with a design speed of 120.669 of 80km/h and a roadbed width of 24.5m.

The estimated total investment of the recommended scheme of this project is about 19.4186 billion yuan. Among them, the estimated total investment of the Dongyang section is 6.081 billion yuan, and the construction and installation fee is 3.3442 billion yuan; the estimated total investment of the Yiwu section is 11.6458 billion yuan, and the construction and installation fee is 7.8062 billion yuan; the estimated total investment of the Jindong section is 1.452 billion yuan, and the construction and installation fee is 822.4 million yuan 100 million yuan; the total investment of the Fucun Interconnection Line is 239.8 million yuan, and the construction and installation fee is 94.1 million yuan. Among them, the civil engineering investment of Yiwu Shuangjianghu Road Section is undertaken by Yiwu Shuangjianghu Development Group Co., Ltd.
