Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the five Central Asian countries 31 years ago, they have continued to deepen practical economic and trade cooperation and achieved solid and heavy results. The beneficiaries are the people of China and the five Central Asian countries.

Households in some parts of China turn on natural gas, and the blue flames are the natural gas transported from Central Asian countries to China through the 1,833-kilometer-long China-Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline.

In Kyrgyzstan, the Osh Hospital built with China's aid has improved the surrounding medical environment and solved the problem of local residents' difficulty in seeing a doctor. In Tajikistan, the completion of the Yawan-Wahdat Railway Bridge and Tunnel aided by China has turned the railway separating the north and the south of Tajikistan into a thoroughfare. The China-Kazakhstan Horgos International Border Cooperation Center, which straddles the border between China and Kazakhstan, has been completed and put into operation, and the former remote village has become an international dry port. In Uzbekistan, the industrial parks and factories undertaken by the Chinese side have been put into operation to promote local employment.
