On April 23, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources announced the site selection plan for the new Xili Station of the Shenzhen Hub, the main line of the Jiangxi-Shenzhen High-speed Railway (Tianyangshan to Xili Station), and the construction project of the Shenzhen North Railway Station Design conditions and basic ecological control line occupancy plan (draft), solicit opinions from the public before May 23.

It is planned to be located in Xili Street, Taoyuan Street, Nanshan District, and Dalang Street, Longhua District, with a total land area of 193.92 hectares.

Among them, 42.07 hectares of Xili Station, 29.10 hectares of Jiangxi-Shenzhen high-speed railway (Tianyangshan to Xili Station section) (15.35 hectares of tunnel section, 8.11 hectares of bridge section, 5.64 hectares of roadbed section), and 122.74 hectares of Shenzhen North EMU.

Construction period

According to reports, after the completion of the Xili comprehensive transportation hub, it will become the largest rail transit interchange station in China. It is conducive to alleviating the problem of the saturation of the receiving and dispatching capacity of Shenzhen North Railway Station, improving the passenger capacity of Shenzhen's transportation hub, and improving the layout of the rail transit network in the Greater Bay Area.

2. Jiangxi-Shenzhen High-speed Railway (from Yangyangshan to Xili Station)

The section from Yangyangshan to Xili Station has a total length of 12.26 kilometers and a design speed of 350km/h. The line is drawn from the exit of the balcony mountain tunnel of Jiangxi-Shenzhen high-speed railway, crosses the Gaofeng Reservoir in the south, passes through the Nine Nest Residual Mud and Residue Field in the south, and continues south through the Xili Golf Course, the southeast corner of Xili University Town, and exits After crossing Metro Line 5, walk along the east side of the Pingnan Railway. The line crosses the Dasha River and enters Xili Station from east to west.

About Jiangxi-Shenzhen High-speed Railway

The Ganzhou-Shenzhen high-speed railway has a total length of 432 kilometers. It starts from Ganzhou West Station in Jiangxi Province in the north and ends at Shenzhen North Station. The line runs through the five cities of Ganzhou, Heyuan, Huizhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen in Jiangxi and Guangdong provinces. There are a total of 15 stations on the whole line, including 3 stations in Shenzhen City, Guangmingcheng Station, Shenzhen North Station, and Xili Station.

3. Shenzhen North Railway Station

Shenzhen North EMU is the supporting EMU operation station for Xili Station. The total scale is 14 lanes, 62 parking lanes, located on the west side of Shenzhen North II.

The moving line of the train station is drawn from the east throat of Xili Station and passes through Tanglang Mountain in the form of a tunnel, with a total length of about 11.55 kilometers. Construction conditions such as the north extension of Shahe East Road and Baopeng Passage are reserved in the design. Reasonably set up and carry out slope restoration and ecological restoration projects.

Shenzhen's transportation construction is accelerating, and the overall expansion of the rail transit layout is accelerating the formation of the "Shenzhen metropolitan area".
