On May 15, 2023, the Huizhou Public Resources Trading Center released the tender evaluation announcement for investors in the construction project of the Huizhou Huicheng-Shenzhen Pingshan Expressway Phase I Project No. 1 to Shenzhen Outer Ring Expressway. The project is invested by China Railway South A consortium of 5 units including the Group and China Railway No. 8 Bureau won the bid. The total investment of the project is about 11.28 billion, of which the construction and installation cost is about 6.74 billion.
Project Overview
The first phase of the project from No. 1 Highway to Shenzhen Outer Ring Expressway starts from No. 1 Highway and ends in Longgang District, Shenzhen, connecting with Shenzhen Outer Ring Expressway. The route is 30.564km long, with a design speed of 100km/h and eight lanes in both directions. 42.0m. Starting from Yonghu Town, Huiyang District, Lianghu Composite Interchange is set up to connect Huixia Expressway and Yongguan Expressway, passing Sanhe and Qiuchang Streets, and finally Pingdi Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, and Hengling Interchange is set up to connect to Shenwaihuan Expressway. The whole line has 13589.4m/21 bridges, 2700m/1 tunnel, 7 overpasses, a pair of service areas, and a management center.
