On May 16, 2023, 24 projects in Anhui Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone started intensively, with a total investment of 21 billion yuan, covering areas such as energy and intelligent connected vehicles, new materials, new displays, and modern service industries.

10GW monocrystalline photovoltaic module project

The first phase of Wuhu LONGi's annual production of 10GW monocrystalline photovoltaic module project will officially start construction in June 2022. Currently, the first phase of the project has entered the formal mass production stage. The second phase of the project plans to build an annual output of 15GW monocrystalline photovoltaic modules. The total planned area of the project is about 823 acres, with a total investment of about 8 billion yuan. It is expected to be produced in the first quarter of 2024. After the first and second phases of the project are fully put into production, it will realize an annual sales income of about 43 billion yuan and create jobs for about 4,500 people.
