Fuzhou Changle International Airport Phase II Expansion Terminal Area Project: The project is located in Changle District, with a total construction area of approximately 479900 square meters. It plans to build a T2 terminal of 255000 square meters, a comprehensive transportation center of 82000 square meters, a parking building of 119000 square meters, and corresponding elevated and ground road systems, ancillary facilities, and municipal engineering. After the project is completed, it is expected to achieve a passenger throughput of 36 million people, a cargo throughput of 450000 tons, and 277000 aircraft takeoff and landing sorties by 2030, with a total investment of 6.09 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 1.5 billion yuan. Fuzhou Airport will step into the era of double runways and double terminals, give full play to the location advantages of the Silk Road Gateway and the provincial capital city, and further support and promote the economic and social development of the metropolitan area of Fuzhou.

Guwu Elementary School Reconstruction and Expansion Project: The project is located in Gulou District, with a total construction area of 3032.67 square meters. It is planned to build a teaching complex building with 6 floors above ground, a fire pool and water equipment room with 1 floor underground, as well as public supporting projects such as roads and greening projects in the campus.

Yasheng Group Building Project: The project is located in Cangshan District, with a total construction area of approximately 159992.74 square meters. It is planned to build a 40 story commercial office building and a 3-story commercial podium, mainly for supporting purposes such as commercial office, commercial and property management rooms. After the completion of the project, it will fully realize centralized office and management in groups, coordinate domestic and foreign investment, strengthen in-depth cooperation with domestic and foreign financial institutions in supply chain finance and other aspects, and thus radiate domestic and foreign capital, especially the the Belt and Road countries, to carry out cross-border investment, constantly replenish foreign investment business, and expand enterprises.

The Project of Tumor Comprehensive Inpatient Building and Preparation Building of Fuzhou tuberculosis Prevention and Control Hospital: The project is located at No.2, Hubian, Cangshan District. The total construction area of the proposed tumor comprehensive inpatient building is 42966 ㎡, the aboveground construction area is 31299 ㎡, and the underground structure area is 11667 ㎡; Proposed formulation building with a total construction area of 9180m ²。 After completion, the tumor comprehensive inpatient building will include oncology ward, thoracic surgery ward, home chemistry ward, daytime chemotherapy center, modern operating room, etc. After the project is completed and put into use, the total number of open beds in the hospital will reach 800, providing new space for the development of hospital disciplines and providing more high-quality, convenient, and efficient medical services to the public.
