Project Overview

The starting point of the 104 National Highway Hangzhou Hezhuang to Yaqian section is located in Hezhuang Street, Qiantang District, Hangzhou City, at the intersection of the planned Binjiang 2nd Road and Jiangdong 3rd Road, connecting with the current Jiangdong 3rd Road and the planned cross-river passage. Nanyang Street, Hongshan Farm, Guali Town, the end point is located in Yaqian Town at the junction of Shaoxing, Hangzhou, the elevated bridge is connected to the Shaoxing Section of National Highway 104, the end point is GK22+804, and the end point of the ground road is south of the Hangzhou-Ningbo Yunhe Bridge and The existing ground roads are connected smoothly, and the terminal stake number is DK22+750. The main line is about 22.8 kilometers long, of which the Qiantang section is about 4.7 kilometers long and the Xiaoshan section is about 18.1 kilometers long. The surface road is about 22.9 kilometers long, of which the Qiantang section is about 4.8 kilometers long and the Xiaoshan section is about 18.1 kilometers long. There are 2 extra-large bridges of 21,732m, 20 ground bridges of 1,986m, and 6 interchanges, of which 3 are completely reserved for intercommunication, 2 are partially reserved for intercommunication, 1 is fully implemented, and 1 is a road service station. 1 parking area, and reconstruction of airport expressway toll stations and management rooms and other related facilities.

Section division

The general contracting for the design and construction of the Hezhuang-Yaqian section of National Highway 104 is planned to be divided into 3 tenders, namely the EPC-01 tender, the EPC-02 tender, and the EPC-03 tender. Among them, bidding for EPC-02 has been completed.

Section EPC-01: the general contract for the design and construction of the main line and surface road K4+543~K6+163.5 section of this project with a length of about 1.621 kilometers. The main structures are viaduct bridges of 1620.5m/1, Nanyang-North Interchange 1, and ground bridges of 279.4m/2.

Section EPC-03: the general contractor for the design and construction of the main line GK10+086~GK13+890 section with a length of about 3.804 kilometers and the surface road section DK10+123~DK13+986 with a length of about 3.863 kilometers. The main structures are 2837.679m/1 elevated bridge, 1 Hongshan Interchange, 111.2m/2 ground bridges, rebuilt airport expressway toll stations and management buildings. The route of this tender section intersects with the currently operating Airport Rail Express Line and Metro Line 7, and intersects with the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taiwan Railway under construction.
