The ZWSJ-1~3 contract section of the Zhaosu-Wensu highway construction project of the G219 line starts from Xiate Township, Zhaosu County, Yili Prefecture, and ends near the Pochengzi Checkpoint in Wensu County, and then connects to the ZWSJ-4 contract section. The main control points passing along the line are Zhaosu County, Xiate Township, Muzhat Daban, Pochengzi, Bozidun Township, Tagerak Ranch, Tuohula Township, and Wensu County. The total length of the route is 86.093 kilometers. According to the first-class and second-class highway standards, the design speed is 60km/h and 80km/h; the width of the roadbed and road surface is 25.5/12.75, 10/7.5, and 12/10.5 meters; the design load of bridges and culverts is highway-class I .
