On June 3, 2023, SPCECC First Company successfully completed the task of loading the washing tower crane of the largest tower - low temperature methanol washing device - of the 100,000 Nm³/h coal gasification hydrogen production project in Xandong Energy, Xinjiang, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the project.

The washing tower of low temperature methanol washing unit is the core equipment of the project. The equipment is 91 meters high, 3.1 meters in diameter and weighs 725 tons. In order to ensure the successful completion of the lifting task, the project management team prepared a special construction lifting plan based on the actual situation of the site, and used 1250t crawler crane main crane and 400t crawler crane tail to carry out segmentation lifting operations.

 Since the scrubber entered the site, the project department has efficiently coordinated personnel and materials, and actively organized the installation of equipment auxiliary pipes, ladder platforms and the construction of electrical instruments, so as to ensure the seamless connection of construction processes and pave the way for the smooth hoisting of equipment. Before the final hoisting, the project department checks and confirms the construction personnel, machinery and materials one by one to ensure the correct preparation. On June 3, after 50 minutes of orderly lifting, the upper section of the scrubber fell steadily on the upper mouth of the lower end, marking the successful completion of the lifting task of the largest tower of Xinjiang Xuandong project.

The successful completion of the lifting task of the equipment creates favorable conditions for the project to fully enter the installation of process pipelines and electrical instruments.
