On June 13, 2023, the Electronic trading platform of the whole Hebei bidding process released the announcement of the winning candidates for the construction project of Baoding's big water system - water network protection and water quality improvement project. The sea project was won by nine units, including Hebei Construction Group, Gezhouba Group, and China Railway 18th Bureau, with a total investment of 7.59 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The construction site of the project is located in the central urban area of Baoding, and the construction content includes Fuhe River and its tributaries, namely, the Spring River, Hou River, Baicao Valley, the moat, the Huanghuagou River and some river sections along the outer side of the ring dike. Covering a total area of approximately 7241.4015 acres, with a total length of approximately 36.1 kilometers. The construction content of the project includes water conservancy engineering, lake water quality assurance engineering, and supporting infrastructure engineering.
