On June 17, 2023, the National Public Resources Trading Center released the announcement of the winning candidates for the urban renewal project of Pan Bus Station Area in Kuiwen District, Weifang City, with a total investment of 6.61 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The Pan Bus Station area in Kuiwen District of Weifang City covers an area of 267 hectares, and the demolition area is about 855.13 mu. The main contents of the area renewal include: demolition works of old residential areas, municipal supporting improvement works and industrial reconstruction works. The total planned construction area is 1653553 square meters, including 1322842m of above ground construction area and 330711m of underground construction area.
