Phase I of Henan Normal University Science and Technology Innovation Port Project covers an area of about 1804 mu. The project is invested, constructed and supervised in the mode of "investment+EPC", subject to the actual situation. The total construction area of this general contracting project is about 654510 square meters, and the construction content includes the first phase and affiliated buildings of the University of Science and Technology of Heshi University, the research platform cluster, the first phase of the training center, and the logistics and service room B - talent apartment.

The construction area of the first phase and affiliated buildings of Heshi University of Technology is about 533250 square meters, mainly including the college building, academy building, smart teaching building, library, comprehensive service building, canteen, auditorium, school gate and gate, garbage disposal station, energy station, sports activity venue, as well as outdoor roads, green landscape, water supply and drainage, power supply and distribution and other basic supporting facilities; The construction area of the research platform cluster is approximately 87500 square meters, mainly including the Radio Wave Research Institute, Plain Laboratory, Experimental Animal Research Center, Energy Station, and outdoor roads, green landscapes, water supply and drainage, power supply and distribution and other basic supporting facilities; Auditorium, restaurant, administrative office, party spirit education, and multi-functional practical training, as well as basic supporting facilities such as outdoor roads, green landscapes, water supply and drainage, and power supply and distribution; Logistics and service rooms B - Talent apartments have a construction area of approximately 5000 square meters.
