Project Overview

The starting point of Dali Panzhihua Expressway in Yunnan is near Shuiduiling, Waxi Village, Daying Town, Binchuan County, and the starting point is Waxi Hub connected with the existing Dayong Expressway; The end point of the route is located in the Huiwo super long tunnel at the junction of Nagang Bay in Yongren County and Huiwo in Panzhihua City, which connects Dali Panzhihua Expressway.

The total construction mileage of the Dali Panzhihua Expressway in Yunnan Province is 173.18 kilometers, including approximately 58.879 kilometers in Dali Prefecture and 114.301 kilometers in Chuxiong Prefecture. There are a total of 68862 meters/125 main bridges along the entire line; The main tunnel is 66014 meters long with 36 tunnels, and the bridge tunnel ratio of the main line is 77.88%. The main line adopts a technical standard of a two-way four lane expressway, with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour and a roadbed width of 25.50 meters. In addition, 23.09km overpass connecting line is set, with design speed of 40km/h, 30km/h and subgrade width of 10m and 7.5m according to the standard of Class II and third-class highway.

The scope of this bidding is 114.301 kilometers of Chuxiong section, with an estimated total investment of 25.61 billion yuan, with an average estimated investment of 225 million yuan per kilometer; The first part of the construction and installation fee is 19.93 billion yuan, the second part of the land use and demolition compensation fee is 1.009 billion yuan, the third part of the engineering construction other fees is 789 million yuan, the fourth part of the reserve fund is 1.955 billion yuan, and the fifth part of the loan interest during the construction period is 1.933 billion yuan.
