On June 25, 2023, China Railway 14th Bureau and China Water Northeast Survey and Design Institute signed a cooperation framework agreement in Jinan. Zhou Changjin, General Manager of China Railway 14th Bureau, and Luan Yudong, General Manager of China Water Northeast Survey, Design and Research Institute, attended the signing ceremony and held discussions and exchanges.
