On June 21, 2023, the Shenzhen Public Resource Trading Platform released the bidding plan information for the 2011 bid of Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Line 20 Phase II Project. The project was constructed by Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd., and the bidder was Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 13.119 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The line of Phase II Project of Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Line 20 starts from Baishizhou station, Nanshan District, and ends at the existing North Airport Station of Phase I of Line 20, with a total length of about 24.9km. There are 11 stations, including 9 Interchange station. The whole line is laid underground. The whole line is set with one Hangcheng depot.

Scope of bidding: the scope of this bidding includes civil works, building decoration works, conventional equipment procurement and installation works, property development platform, main Electrical substation reconstruction works, Hangcheng depot track works, reserved and embedded works, site preparation and temporary facilities works of the construction unit, preliminary works, water supply and drainage pipeline relocation and restoration works, medium and low pressure gas pipeline relocation and restoration works Sporadic demolition and restoration projects, installation of warning signs in security areas, renovation and connection projects of existing subway lines, as well as transfer node projects of new lines under synchronous construction, as well as other municipal or agency projects included in the synchronous construction of the subway.
