Recently, CCCC First Highway Engineering Co., Ltd., CCCC Second Highway Engineering Co., Ltd., CCCC Road Construction Co., Ltd., CCCC First Highway Engineering Co., Ltd., CCCC Second Highway Engineering Co., Ltd., CCCC Group and other units have won the bid for the design and construction EPC of G219 Zhaosu Wensu Highway Construction Project, and G219 Wensu Highway Construction Project, as well as the design and construction EPC of G219 Wenquan Khorgos Highway Construction Project in the form of a consortium, with a total amount of about 11.3 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The G219 Zhaosu Wensu Highway Construction Project starts from Xiate Township, Zhaosu County, Yili Prefecture, Xinjiang, and ends at Onsu County, Aksu Prefecture. The total length of the line is about 233 kilometers. It is a new second-class highway, with a design speed of 60/80 km/h; The G219 Wenquan Khorgos Highway Construction Project starts from the south of the Horse racing venue in Wenquan County and ends in Khorgas. The total length of the line is about 169km. It is a new second-class highway with a design speed of 40/60/80Km/h. The G219 Zhaosu Wensu, Wensu and Wenquan Khorgos highway construction projects are an important part of the G219 line in Xinjiang in the National Highway Network Planning (2022-2035), and are key construction projects in the national "14th Five Year Plan".

After the completion of the project, it will significantly improve the transportation efficiency and service guarantee capacity of the G219 line, which has important strategic significance for improving the regional road network layout structure, consolidating national defense, revitalizing the border and enriching the people, and promoting the high-quality development of advantageous industries in northern and southern Xinjiang.
