Recently, the China Energy Construction Songyuan Hydrogen Industry Park project was approved by the Jilin Provincial Energy Bureau for construction. With the approval of the new energy project, it marks the official entry of the first phase of the Songyuan project into the construction and implementation phase.

This project is currently the largest green hydrogen ammonia alcohol integration project in the world, with a total investment of 29.6 billion yuan. The project is based on the mid-term and long-term development plan of Hydrogen Power Jilin, taking the North China Hydrogen Valley and the Land Scenery Three Gorges in Jilin Province as development opportunities, and actively implementing the important measures of China Energy Construction's "One Center" 30 • 60 System Solution and the development strategy of hydrogen energy and energy storage as two supporting points.

It is reported that the project is located in Songyuan City, Jilin Province, and its main construction content includes new energy power supply, an annual production of 600000 tons of green synthetic ammonia/alcohol production line, and an annual production of 50 sets of 1000 meters ³/ H Alkaline Electrolysed water equipment production line and four comprehensive energy stations basically cover the whole industrial chain of hydrogen production, hydrogenation, hydrogen based chemical industry and hydrogen energy equipment.

The first phase of the project will invest 10.5 billion yuan to build 200000 tons of green hydrogen synthetic ammonia, including 850000 kW direct power supply new energy, electrochemical energy storage, direct power supply lines, 37000 t/a Electrolysed water hydrogen production unit, 200000 ton low pressure synthetic ammonia unit, air separation unit and public and auxiliary facilities.

The project adopts multiple globally leading technologies such as flexible synthetic ammonia technology solutions and ultra mild grid connection technology solutions, and adopts wind wind wind hydrogen ammonia matching software with independent intellectual property rights of China Energy Construction Corporation for scheme design.
