The major projects in the four districts are Jing 'an District Workers' Cultural Palace (North Palace), Tianmusu Community C070102 Unit 07-03 block residential project, Caojiadu Community C050301 unit 4-3b block project and Zhongxing Community C070202 unit 304-03 block commercial and residential office and supporting facilities project.

Jing 'an District Workers' Cultural Palace (North Palace) project is located in Baoshan Road street, east to plot 268-01, west to Baochang Road, south to plot 268-01, north to Baoyuan Road, covers an area of 4939.2 square meters, the total construction area of 18,918 square meters, the total investment of the project is about 267 million yuan. The project will build a new workers' cultural palace with two underground floors and five above-ground floors, which will gather new business forms such as culture and art, sports and fitness, education and training, life and entertainment, and health services into one.

Tianmu Community C070102 unit 07-03 plot residential project

Tianmu Community Unit C070102 07-03 block residential project is located in North Station Street, Jing 'an District, east to Huaxing New City Conservation Institute, south to Haining Road, west to Jinyuan gas Station, north to Tianmu Building and Hujin Building. Covers an area of 6663.6 square meters, the total construction area of 23938.78 square meters; The total investment of the project is about 1.133 billion yuan. In the future, a 21-story high-rise residential building and a low-rise supporting podium will be arranged on the south side of the project, a 4-story multi-storey affordable housing will be arranged on the northwest side, and a 3-story supporting building will be arranged on the northeast corner.
