On July 13, 2023, the installed capacity of new energy in Xinjiang reached 50.26 million kilowatts, exceeding 50 million kilowatts, accounting for 41% of the total installed capacity, playing a positive role in helping China achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality.

In recent years, Xinjiang has relied on its regional advantages to continuously promote energy structure adjustment, vigorously develop renewable energy, and accelerate the construction of large-scale wind power and photovoltaic base projects in desert, Gobi, and desert areas.

In view of the large-scale access of new energy to Xinjiang power grid, the energy Big data center has pursued the new energy scene in Xinjiang day by day, realized the dynamic monitoring of new energy operation, continuously improved the accuracy of scenery prediction, and promoted the integration and consumption of new energy by digital means.
