Qiubei Yanshan Expressway passes through Qiubei County and Yanshan County of Wenshan Prefecture, involving Jinping Town, Tianxing Township and Weimo Township of Qiubei County. Starting point: the route starts from Sibazi Village, Shuanglongying Town, Qiubei County and extends to Luoping in the long term. End point: The route ends on the north side of Yanshan, connecting to the endpoint of Mengwen Yanshan Expressway at K127+906; The total length of this project is 63.78km, constructed as a two-way four lane expressway with a design speed of 100km/h and a standard roadbed width of 26 meters. There are a total of 44 bridges, with a total length of 16870 meters. There are 6 interchanges. This project is equipped with five interconnection lines, namely Shuanglongying Interconnection Line, Qiubei Interconnection Line, Tianxing Interconnection Line, Weimo Interconnection Line, and Hongsheke Interconnection Line. Among them, the connecting line of Shuanglongying Interchange is 8.627km, and the subgrade width is 12.0m according to the standard of second-class highway; Qiubei Interchange connecting line is 1.5km long, and the subgrade width is 20.0m according to the standard of first-class highway; The connecting line of Tianxing Interchange is 7.916km, including 4.216km connecting Putan first-class highway with a subgrade width of 20.0m according to the standard of first-class highway, and 3.7km connecting Tianxing Township with a subgrade width of 10m according to the standard of second-class highway; The connecting line of Weimo Interchange is 3.897km, and the subgrade width is 10.0m according to the standard of second-class highway; The Hongsheke Interchange connecting line is 1.572km long, and the subgrade width is 20.0m according to the standard of first-class highway.

The Luxun Expressway is a county level "connectivity" encryption project in Yunnan Province during the 14th Five Year Plan period. It has been included in the 2020 "Four Centenary" key construction project plan of Yunnan Province. The project connects the G78 Shankun Expressway, Sanqing Expressway, G56 Hangrui Expressway, and Xunzhan Expressway, effectively alleviating the traffic pressure in the core cities of the central Yunnan urban area, forming a new north-south expressway in eastern Yunnan, which can better improve the local investment environment, Drive regional economic development. LXTJ-01: The starting and ending mileage is K0+000~K29+850, with a total length of 29.85 kilometers, including 17.155 kilometers of roadbed, 5.9133 million cubic meters of excavation, 2.5128 million cubic meters of filling, 21 bridges of 9572.43 meters, 2 interchanges, 8 overpasses, and 1 parking area. The bridge tunnel ratio is 32.07%.
LXTJ-02: Starting and ending mileage K29+850~K62+301.7, with a length of 32.45 kilometers, including 16.782 kilometers of roadbed, 11.6558 million cubic meters of excavation, 3.816 million cubic meters of filling, 10570.23 meters of bridges/23 bridges, 2179 meters of tunnels/2 tunnels, 3 interchanges, 9 overpasses and passages, and 1 service area. The bridge tunnel ratio is 39.26%.
LXTJ-03: The starting and ending mileage is K62+301.7~K79+230, with a length of 16.93 kilometers, including 6.68 kilometers of roadbed, 7.0467 million cubic meters of excavation, 2.1243 million cubic meters of filling, 18 bridges of 5178.48 meters, 2 tunnels of 1383 meters, 3 interchanges, 9 overpasses, and 1 maintenance area.
