On August 2, 2023, the Sichuan Provincial Public Resource Trading Information Network released the evaluation results of the Nanchong Biological Life Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park Construction Project. The project was won by China MCC Group Co., Ltd., with a total estimated investment of 3.05 billion yuan.

Construction location: Linjiang New District, Nanchong City.

Construction scale and main content: This project is located in Linjiang New Area, and the main construction content includes scientific research building, catering center, talent apartment, office building, sports and cultural center, turnover room, parking lot, greening, general layout engineering, as well as connecting lines and underground pipeline network, street lights, greening, traffic safety and other ancillary facilities.

The construction drawing design of this project shall cooperate with Party A to conduct construction drawing review, on-site services and design changes during the construction period, and cooperate until the completion and acceptance of the project.

The research building, catering center, talent apartment, office building, sports and cultural center, turnover room, parking lot, greening, general layout engineering, as well as auxiliary facilities such as connecting lines and underground pipeline networks, street lights, greening, and traffic safety in this project. All construction content in the design documents and the reviewed bill of quantities shall be subject to the written notice of the tenderer, including defect repair, warranty, and other related work during the quality defect liability period, until the completion acceptance is qualified and the overall handover is completed.
