It is reported that this is the largest rainstorm in 140 years. Zhuozhou, Hebei is adjacent to Fangshan in Beijing to the north, and there are multiple rivers flowing into the area from Fangshan. Floods exceeding the warning level have occurred in the main tributaries of the Yongding River in the Haihe River Basin and the Juma River in the Hebei Branch of the Daqing River. The main river channel experienced a total of 142 station surges. The number of people affected by the disaster in Zhuozhou exceeded 130000.
