Recently, the first batch of 210TOPCON batteries for Thailand's Ates Phase III 8GW battery expansion project, commissioned by Sinohydro (Thailand) Co., Ltd., was successfully launched, marking the successful completion of the project.

The Ates project is located in the WHA4 Industrial Park in Rayong Province, Thailand, covering an area of 150000 square meters and a building area of 100000 square meters. The project mainly includes the civil engineering, steel structure, decoration, and road network construction of 17 individual units, including battery workshop, wastewater station, power station, silane station, and special gas station.

The project is the second cooperation project between the company and the owner after joining hands with Atlas Phase II. It is the first industrial factory project promoted by the company in Thailand with credit guarantee and bank financing. The project duration is only 8 months, with multiple units, heavy tasks, high material import rate, and high difficulty in construction organization.

Since the start of construction in November 2022, the project department has carefully organized and scientifically arranged, and has invested over 80 Chinese personnel, over 1000 third-party labor personnel, and over 80 sets of various equipment. The team has overcome many difficulties such as hot weather, rainy season construction, and interdisciplinary integration, effectively ensuring the timely implementation of important nodes such as the first column lifting and power station capping, and has received unanimous praise from the Party A.

During the project construction process, in view of the good performance level of the project team, multiple Chinese owners who are about to build factories in Thailand visited and invited to participate in their project bidding work; The team's spirit of daring to fight and fearless of difficulties, as well as the professional strength of meticulous organization and scientific arrangement, has been once again recognized by the owners. At the same time, it has further established the industry position of the Hydroelectric Foundation Bureau in the field of industrial plant construction in Thailand.

This complex and massive modern manufacturing factory has been put into operation overseas in a short period of time, successfully reflecting the efficiency and speed of China Electric Power Construction Corporation. It is a successful case of the overseas strong alliance between excellent private enterprises and central infrastructure enterprises.
