On September 14-15 local time, Tan Xuguang, Chairman of Weichai Group and Chairman of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, led a team to visit Scania Commercial Vehicle Group and Mann Group in Stockholm, Sweden and Munich, Germany. They also had in-depth exchanges and talks with Christian Lewin, Chairman and CEO of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Group and Scania Commercial Vehicle Group.

Christian Levin said that in May 2023, we visited China National Heavy Duty Truck and Weichai Group, giving Scania and Mann Group a new understanding of Chinese commercial vehicle enterprises. We both have a full industrial chain layout for commercial vehicles and hope to further deepen exchanges and cooperation to achieve win-win development.

Tan Xuguang said that Scania has an important influence in the global heavy truck industry, with a deep technical and brand accumulation. We come to Scania to learn and learn from experience! Especially, MAN Group, a subsidiary of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Group, has a long-term cooperative relationship with China National Heavy Duty Truck Corporation. We are willing to expand our cooperation and jointly provide the most satisfactory products to global customers.

Tan Xuguang also conducted in-depth discussions with Mr. Christian Levin on the development of the Chinese and international markets in the next few years, as well as the future technological development of commercial vehicles. We hope to expand cooperation with Scania in traditional fields and new energy formats, and jointly promote the development of the global commercial vehicle industry.
