It is reported that the winning bid price of the project is 120,803,031.94 yuan and the construction period is 730 calendar days. The starting point of the route of this project is located at the exit of the 21st Group Interchange Toll Station of the G0711 (Urumqi-Yuli Expressway) under construction. It passes through the 21st Group, crosses the Kaidu River, passes through the 22nd Group, and crosses the Southern Xinjiang Railway (Tuku First Line), G218, and Huangshui Gouhe passes through the 24th Regiment, goes down to the Nanjiang Railway (Tukuu Second Line), crosses the G3012, passes through the 26th Regiment, Quhui Town, and ends at K332+680 of the G314 Line. The construction pile numbers of this section are K13+500~K37+500, and the road length is 24km. Among them, K13+500~K18+647 is constructed according to the two-way four-lane first-class highway standard, with a design speed of 80km/h and a roadbed width of 22.5m; K18+647 ~K37+500 is constructed according to the two-way two-lane secondary highway standard, with a design speed of 80km/h and a roadbed width of 12m. The construction content includes routes, roadbeds, pavements, drainage, protection, 80 culverts, and 4 bridges (Junken Bridge, Nanjiang Bridge, etc.) Railway G218 overpass bridge, Kailai Third Bridge, Kailai First Bridge), 7 grade road level crossings, safety facilities, other projects, etc.
