The emergency flood control and management project of the Zhuozhou section of the North Juma River is an important component of the southern embankment project of the Xiaoqing River flood diversion area, responsible for improving the flood control system of the Haihe River Basin and enabling the normal use of flood storage and detention areas. After the completion of the project, it will further improve the flood control system of the river basin and the city of Zhuozhou, effectively ensuring the safety of flood control in the northern and eastern parts of Zhuozhou.

There are a total of 285 centralized construction projects, with a total investment of 43.22 billion yuan. The annual planned investment is 5.72 billion yuan, mainly divided into three categories: post disaster recovery and reconstruction, industry, and people's livelihood infrastructure. Among them, there are 105 post disaster recovery and reconstruction projects with a total investment of 6.87 billion yuan, involving 17 counties (cities, districts), covering multiple fields such as urban infrastructure, road transportation, water conservancy, agriculture, ecological environment, emergency management, etc. After completion, the project will further improve the city's flood control and safety system, and comprehensively enhance disaster prevention, reduction, and relief capabilities; 109 industrial projects with a total investment of 24.03 billion yuan, including strategic emerging industries, modern service industries, agricultural industrialization, and traditional industry upgrading, providing strong impetus for industrial transformation and upgrading, as well as the conversion of old and new driving forces; 71 livelihood infrastructure projects with a total investment of 17.5 billion yuan, including education, healthcare, elderly care, etc., comprehensively improve the level of infrastructure and public services, and effectively enhance the people's sense of happiness and gain.
