On November 18, 2023, the South Headquarters Base project of China Railway Fourth Engineering Group Co., Ltd. was officially launched in Huadu District, Guangzhou, marking an important investment and strategic layout of China Railway Fourth Engineering Group Co., Ltd. in the southern region.

The South Headquarters Base Project of China Railway Fourth Engineering Group is located on the urban axis of Huadu District, Guangzhou, in the Rongchuang Cultural and Tourism City section. The land covers an area of approximately 127.88 acres, with a total construction area of approximately 284000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 3.155 billion yuan, covering the headquarters building, high-rise residential buildings, kindergartens, nurseries, neighborhood centers, and underground garages.

The project will adopt a comprehensive development model, with the core of building a high-end intelligent manufacturing headquarters, and introduce the "four major centers" of intelligent innovation research and development center, new infrastructure research and development center, investment and operation center, and design consulting center. At the same time, the project will also undertake some management functions of the headquarters of China Railway Fourth Bureau, with the headquarters and research and development as the driving force for development, and form a headquarters economic effect through the agglomeration of advantageous industrial resources. In the end, the project will make every effort to build the business district of China Railway Headquarters, the gateway to the northern axis of Huadu District, and become a new engine for regional industrial development.

After the completion and operation of the South Headquarters Base project of China Railway Fourth Engineering Group, approximately 200 office staff from the four major centers will be stationed, and the number of newly relocated company personnel will also reach approximately 3000. In addition, the project will also recruit approximately 200 high-end talents and college graduates annually. As the main construction entity, the Southern Headquarters of China Railway Fourth Bureau will absorb no less than 5000 labor force, with an expected annual output value of no less than 10 billion yuan, and contribute no less than 30 million yuan in annual tax revenue to Guangzhou.
