Recently, the 550000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project in Zhanhua, Binzhou has started construction. It is reported that the three photovoltaic projects that have started construction this time have a total investment of 3 billion yuan and a total installed capacity of 550000 kilowatts. They are the New Energy 200000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project, Runhua 200000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project, and Qingyang 150000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project. It is expected to be completed and connected to the grid by the end of 2024, with an average annual power generation of about 770 million kilowatt hours. It can save 276000 tons of standard coal annually and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 723000 tons.
The 200000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project of Xintuo New Energy is developed and constructed by Xintuo New Energy Co., Ltd. in Zhanhua District, Binzhou City, with a total investment of 955 million yuan. It uses 296296 N-type 675Wp single crystal double-sided double glass modules, supporting the construction of a 220 kV booster station and transmission line, leasing electrochemical energy storage of no less than 80 MW and a duration of no less than 2 hours. Based on the comprehensive utilization of saline alkali land resources, the project will build photovoltaic power stations on fish ponds to improve the intelligent level of photovoltaic power stations and realize intelligent applications at different levels.
The Runhua 200000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project is developed and constructed by Binzhou Runhua New Energy Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan. It adopts 479232 550Wp single crystal silicon double-sided double glass modules, and includes four parts: photovoltaic plant area, booster station, energy storage area, and external transmission line. It also includes a 220 kV boosting station and transmission line, as well as an 84 MW/168 MW energy storage battery system.
The Qingyang 150000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project is developed and constructed by Binzhou Qingyangyangyangfu Power Generation Co., Ltd. with an investment of 800 million yuan. It is equipped with a 58.8 MW/117.6 MW energy storage system. The project relies on the Sunshine New Energy PowMart smart energy solution and fully applies photovoltaic storage integration technology to achieve five major functions: primary frequency regulation, response scheduling, deviation compensation, power limit and peak shifting, and night power optimization.
