The winning bidder is a consortium of China Construction International Engineering Co., Ltd. and China National Offshore Engineering Corporation Limited.

It is reported that after the issuance of the winning bid notice, China Construction International Engineering Co., Ltd. has established a total of 35 operators; Allocate 6 excavators, 2 rotary excavators, 1 static pressure pile construction machinery, and 2 truck cranes; 95 tons of steel bars, 150 steel plates, and 30 containers will be delivered to the site, achieving the goal of entering the site upon winning the bid.

The Hefei Economic Development Zone Comprehensive Supermarket Project is located at the intersection of Fanhua Avenue and Tiandu Road in Hefei Economic Development Zone, covering an area of about 36 acres with a construction area of about 62000 square meters, including about 20000 square meters above ground and about 42000 square meters underground. A large membership comprehensive supermarket and supporting basement will be built, with a construction period of 290 calendar days.
