Recently, the Haili Offshore Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing Base Project (Phase I) started construction and ignited in Rushan City, Shandong Province, further promoting the rapid development of the wind power industry in Rushan City.

The total investment for the first phase is 470 million yuan, covering an area of 132 acres. After our first phase reaches production, our annual production capacity is 100000 tons, with an output value of approximately 1 billion yuan. The first phase of the Haili Offshore Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing Base project is invested by Jiangsu Haili Wind Power Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. The second and third phases of the project will also be implemented as planned, mainly producing equipment such as offshore wind power towers, conduit racks, and booster station modules, further enriching the supply of wind power products.

"We plan to launch the second phase of the project in 2024, with a total investment of 530 million yuan. We aim to expand the production capacity of the Rushan base to around 200000 tons and make more contributions to the economic development of Rushan."
