The Wanfu Resettlement Community Project in Huanggang High tech Zone is a major measure taken to promote the construction of affordable housing projects and ensure and improve people's livelihoods. At present, the Wanfu resettlement community has been delivered for occupancy, and the first phase of construction has been completed. The Phase III project is located in the core area of the city east of Yanjiang Avenue and south of Fenghuotai Road. The planned land area is 24610.38 square meters, and the construction period is expected to be 24 months. It will provide high-quality reconstructed housing for 512 households and create a comfortable, safe, and convenient living environment for residents.
