The total investment of the project is 4,933.5296 million yuan, and the total area is 738467m2. The coking process uses a 4 × 65 hole JNDX3-6.25 type carbonization chamber with a height of 6.25 meters and a single-heat multi-stage heating tamping coke oven. At the same time, a 3 × 165 tons / hour dry quenching coke facility is equipped, and 2 sets of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification stations for coke oven flue, 160000m3 / h (dry basis, standard condition) gas purification device, 300,000 tons / year methanol device, 100,000 tons / year ammonia synthesis device, phenol cyanide wastewater treatment station and corresponding public and auxiliary projects. The part of the purified coke oven gas is sent to the coke oven as fuel gas, and the rest is de-methanoled to synthesize methanol.
The coke oven gas is compressed, and the adsorption tower TSA- tar and naphthalene are used for desulfurization. Then, the desulfurization tank and iron-molybdenum converter are used for fine desulfurization. The methane in the raw gas is converted into an effective gas for methanol synthesis through a preheating furnace and a conversion furnace. CO and H2, then methanol synthesis and rectification to obtain methanol products. The design scale of the plant is 300,000 tons / year, the actual output is 346,000 tons / year refined methanol, and 2,500 tons / year of fusel alcohol.
Synthetic ammonia is produced using the gas from the methanol synthesis plant as raw material. After the methanol synthesis and alcohol scrubbing tower, the relaxation gas is hydrogen extracted by PSA. The hydrogen and nitrogen are mixed in a 3: 1 ratio and sent to the ammonia synthesis device.
