The main project of Xinyong Section of Jinyong Railway is one bridge, two tunnels and one station. Among them, the Huangzejiang Super Bridge is 1748.41 meters long, spans the Huangze River and the new west line of the county road, and is one of the controlling works of the Xinchang section; Dazhuang Tunnel enters the cave from Shantouli Village on Yulin Street and exits from Fengle Village on Pukou Street in Shengzhou City The cave is 5.79 kilometers long and 4.7 kilometers inside the Xinchang Mirror. The Chenjialing Tunnel enters the cave from Jinting Village, Jinting Town, Shengzhou City, and exits from the Ouan Village, Yulin Street. The total length is 4.28 kilometers, and 2.26 kilometers in Xinchang.

The construction of the Jinyong Railway will bring brand-new development opportunities to the areas along the route, enhance the transportation capacity of Ningbo Port, and build a large regional transportation in Ningbo.
