The project is located in Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu. The main construction contents include 12 municipal and housing construction sub-projects including the planning of the west section of Heng'er Road and the upgrade and reconstruction of the south section of Tongxin Avenue in the area north of Xiuchuan River. The upgrade and reconstruction project of the southern section of Tongxin Avenue is 4 kilometers long and 40 meters wide. The renovation contents include: existing pavement remediation, sidewalk remediation, road cross-section optimization, ditch reconstruction; road street lights, traffic safety facilities, bus harbors; green belts on both sides of the road, green node construction; municipal supporting pipe network and fire protection facilities improvement, etc. Child.

The Phase B project of Lingang Service Industrial Park Phase II project is located east of Qingbaijiang Avenue and south of Wuxian 3rd Road. According to the unified planning and phased implementation plan, the construction of high-end service industry headquarters economic zone, import and export commodity exhibition and sales zone, Lingang Industrial Processing Zone, International Convention and Exhibition Conference Area and High-quality Talent Residential Area and other functional sectors simultaneously support business services such as smart logistics R & D, supply chain finance, international legal tax consulting, and international standard inspection and testing.

Lingang Service Industrial Park Phase III Project: The project is located east of Jinghong Road and south of Fanchuan River. According to the idea of unified planning and phased implementation, planning and construction of a high-level business headquarters economic zone, import and export commodity display and sales area, and The Hong Kong Industrial Processing Zone, the International Convention and Exhibition Conference Zone and the commercial quality talent residential area and other functional sectors simultaneously support business services such as smart logistics research and development, supply key finance, international legal tax consulting, and international standard inspection and testing.

The Chengdu International Railway Port Comprehensive Park is an important part of the Chengdu International Railway Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone approved by the State Council in December 2019.

After the completion of the project, it will be of great significance for the bonded zone to rely on the advantage of being located at the intersection of the Belt and Road and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and to create an export-oriented industrial gathering area facing the opening demand of the Asia-Europe Continental Bridge and the new international land-sea trade channel.
