The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is an important part of the national strategic plan, and its construction equipment has attracted worldwide attention. Being able to participate in the construction of large-scale national projects is a testimony to the strength of JINT .

On September 12, 2019, the Shenzhen Bay Cultural Plaza BC site project was started. Shenzhen Bay Cultural Plaza belongs to the core segment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area project. In the future, it will leverage the large-scale cultural integrated facilities linkage mechanism to leverage the overall value of the region, gather vitality, and create an international window for the display of innovative ideas.

The land area of the parcel is 91691.16 square meters (including construction land area of 56311.13 square meters, road area of 32432.24 square meters), and construction area of 166250 square meters.

Due to the tight construction period of the project and the strict environmental audit requirements in Shenzhen. JINT brought two SH32A and one SH39 multi-function rotary drilling rig into the construction site on April 6. A total of 5 sets of rotary excavation equipment of different magnitudes are being constructed on site C2. In the early stage of the project, the construction of bite pile technology was adopted, with a total of more than 600 piles. At present, it is thought that 540 piles will be completed. The pile diameter is 1200mm and the depth is 27m.

The project stratum is 0 ~ 8m as a backfill layer (there is a large number of silt-prone holes and a certain amount of lone rock which brings a certain difficulty to the construction); 8-14m mudstone layer (strong weathering); 14-16m gravel layer; 16 -27m sandstone layer (strong weathering).

According to the on-site rotary digger, the JINT SH32A compared with the competing 360 and 400 rotary drilling rigs completed an average of 5 to 6 piles per day. The JINT SH39 multi-function rig performed well in the whole field, and the average daily completion could be 7 8 piles.

JINT SH39 multi-function rig uses JINT and Liugong to create a special chassis for rotary drilling rigs. According to the statistics of the operation data of the rotary drilling rig during construction: the characteristics of the product such as high reliability, high efficiency, and low fuel consumption are fully reflected.
