Water source project of Shigu, Yunnan diversion project in central Yunnan

The water diversion project in central Yunnan is a strategic basic project for sustainable development in Yunnan Province. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can fundamentally solve the water shortage problem in central Yunnan, and has significant economic, social and ecological benefits. The water receiving areas of the Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project include 35 counties (cities, districts) in Lijiang, Dali, Chuxiong, Kunming, Yuxi and Honghe, with a total area of 36,900 km2; the project has an average water diversion of 3.403 billion m3 for many years and belongs to large-scale water conservancy projects. The project consists of the Shigu water source and the main water delivery channel. The water source project is the water intake of Shigu Datong and the pumping of the first-level pumping station. It is composed of water diversion canal (also sinking sand pond), water inlet tower, water inlet tunnel and culvert, underground pump station, water outlet tunnel, water outlet and ground switch station. Composition: Shigu Pumping Station has a designed flow rate of 135m3/s, a lift range of 208.6m～226.3m, a designed lift of 225.8m, 12 units installed, and a total installed capacity of 480MW. China Water Resources and Hydropower 14th Engineering Bureau won the bid with 2.22 billion.

Xiaoliangzhuang resettlement house construction project

The construction scale of this project is 195571 square meters, the project covers an area of 91498.7 square meters (residential land 44715.7 square meters, business land 46783 square meters), the total construction area is 195571 square meters. The above-ground construction area of residential plots is 89431.4 square meters, including residential 87331.4 square meters, public construction of 2100 square meters (operating public construction of 900 square meters), and residential plot underground construction area of 34000 square meters. The above-ground construction area of the commercial plot is 5,6139.6 square meters, all of which are for commercial use. This project adopts Sichuan-Chongqing cooperation and jointly handles the approval of toll projects with the Neijiang-Dazu Expressway (Chongqing Section). Technical standard: The project is constructed according to the two-way four-lane expressway standard, with a design speed of 120km/h and a subgrade width of 26.5m. Project investment: The total investment is estimated at 2.507 billion yuan. The project capital shall be no less than 20% of the total investment of the project, and the project capital shall be fully funded by investors. Except for project capital, project construction funds are raised by the project company formed by investors. Cooperation period: The construction period of this bidding project is estimated to be 3 years. The maximum charging period of the project shall not exceed 30 years.
