Recently, Abu Dhabi-based Jubail Investment Company awarded a 200 million dirham worth of infrastructure construction project contract to the UAE's local Gulf contractor company.

The contract is part of the first phase of the residential project (18 months) in the Jubail Island project plan worth 5 billion dirhams. In December 2019, the project has awarded an infrastructure contract worth AED 80 million, mainly for the construction of villages and the Central Ring Road.

The cumulative infrastructure engineering contract on Jubail Island is close to AED 600 million, of which AED 400 million is in progress.

Jubail Island includes service plots, high-end and mid-range real estate sales, office parks, catering establishments, etc. The construction of the loop can pierce economic development and improve the quality of life of residents, which has very important strategic significance for improving residents' consumption.
