The starting point is located at the entrance of the Luotian Reservoir Water Conveyance Tunnel, passes through the mountain of Shenzhen Luotian Forest Park, and passes through Shenzhen from deep underground. The Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project is expected to complete the inter-regional continuation task in May 2022. Water will be built in 2024, with a designed annual water supply of 1.708 billion cubic meters, to achieve water diversion from the water-rich western Pearl River Delta to the water-scarce eastern region.
