On July 6, 2020, China Road and Bridge issued an announcement that the company and the Ministry of Construction of Angola signed a business contract for the three projects of Cabinda University Complex Building Project, Cabinda University Infrastructure Construction Project, and the First Section of the 230 National Road Rehabilitation Project in Angola.

The Cabinda University Complex Building Project and Infrastructure Construction Project are located in Cabinda Province, Angola, and are the two closing projects of the first phase of the additional construction of the Cabinda University Project previously undertaken by the company. After the project is completed, the University of Cabinda will become the largest comprehensive university in Cabinda Province, the cultural landmark of Cabinda Province.

The first-stage restoration project of Angola's 230 National Road is located in Malange Province, Angola, and the main project is 60 km of road upgrades. National Highway 230 is the main road connecting Angola’s largest port, Luanda, and the largest mining province, South Ronda. After the project is completed, it will greatly improve the transportation conditions of local residents and improve the local economic level, which has very important strategic significance for the economic development of Angola.
