The total length of the route is about 65.885km. A total of 7 interchanges, including Haimen East Hub, Nantong New Airport Interchange, Second Class Interchange, Sands Interchange, Qi'an Hub, Shigang Interchange, and Xinlian Hub, have been set up across the line, including one main line toll station and one service area.
