The construction of the second phase of Poly First Open Tianyue Project on Tianquan Road was officially started. The total construction area of the project is 188,500 square meters, including 114,670 square meters for residential buildings, 20,500 square meters for commercial buildings, 13,168 square meters for supporting facilities, and 23 residential, commercial and supporting facilities are planned to be built.

“The location of the project is the once-famous National Cotton Factory, which created countless brilliances for Fuzhou’s light industry in the 1980s and 1990s. With the continuous development of the city, this land is about to usher in new changes.” The relevant person in charge of the project introduced the project. Jointly developed by Poly and Shoukai Group, each link of planning, construction, and property management will be strictly controlled and carefully deployed. Benchmark residences and supporting businesses will be built in the core area of Gulou to improve the overall appearance of the surrounding land. On the basis of obtaining a construction permit, the project will seize the golden construction period in the fourth quarter to ensure quality and strict management. It is expected to be completed in June 2023.

Industry development is taking advantage of the trend. The Hampton by Hilton project will make the commercial facilities of Fuzhou Software Park more complete. The project has a total construction area of 38001.94 square meters. In addition to hotel-related supporting formats, a high-end executive lounge and rooftop coffee are also planned.

The infrastructure is constantly improving. Gulou District launched the first batch of power equipment and facility upgrade construction projects this year. State Grid Fujian Electric Power Co., Ltd. renovated a batch of towers, protection devices, information and communication systems, and auxiliary equipment, and purchased a batch of vehicles, instruments and test equipment.

The total construction area of the Medical Technology Attachment Building of Fuzhou Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Institute is 14,224 square meters. The "Songguo Live Town" project focusing on short videos and live broadcasts settled in Jinniushan Internet Industrial Park in April. The project will create a real and visible experiential interactive sales scene, integrating supply venues, product display venues, delivery and consumption experience scenes to provide customers with a cross-channel and seamless experience. Currently, the construction of the "Songuo Live Broadcasting Town" headquarters base and Songguo Live Park has started.

This year, Gulou District has clarified the investment focus of "one port, one bay, one town, one city, one cloud and one Kunpeng". Among them, "One Town" is to create the largest short video live broadcast town in the province. Before the end of this year, a live broadcast park will be built to create a "net celebrity trend punch-in base", while achieving sales of 1.5 billion yuan. By the end of 2022, more than 1,000 branded live broadcast experience halls or live broadcast rooms will be built, and more than 300 supply chain sales companies and 100 high-quality live broadcast operators will be introduced.

In terms of social and people's livelihood, many projects have accelerated the pace of construction under the expectations of the citizens.
